1. All our Umrah packages are for 15 Days,20 Days,28 Days and 29 Days including Days of travelling.
2. The Umrah package is based on quad (4-person), quint (5-person), or sextuple (6-person) room sharing, as specified at the time of booking.
3. Rooms will be shared with other pilgrims of the same gender, unless the booking is made as a family or a private group.
4. Couples and immediate family members may be accommodated together, subject to room availability and package type at additional payment.
5. The company reserves the right to allocate rooms based on operational requirements while maintaining the booked room-sharing category.
6. Requests for a private room, double room, or triple room are subject to availability and payment of the applicable additional charges.
7. No refund or compensation will be provided if the room occupancy varies within the booked sharing category due to operational requirements.
8. Room allocation is managed by the hotel, and the company cannot guarantee a specific room number, floor, view, or adjacent rooms.
9. Passports must be picked up from our office, AL KOUNSAR TRAVELS OPC PVT LTD Palhallan.
10. Umrah cost does not include any personal expenses during travel.
11. Tour dates, Itinerary and prices are subject to change as per flight and Hotel availability without prior notice.
12. Maximum baggage allowed per person 30 kg International, and 07 kg hand baggage including ZAM ZAM. Everyone carries his/her own baggage hence flight excess baggage fee to be paid by Pilgrims directly to Airline.
13. Food will not be provided on Airports or during intercity transfers MAKKAH TO MADINA,TAIF,JEDDAH Or BADR.
14. Fixed timing must be followed strictly for Zia-rat and food.
15. We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage of passports or luggage at Hotel, Bus, or Airport.
16. We will not be responsible for any Delay, rejection, or mistake in Umrah visa from Saudi Embassy. In all cases Visa Mofa fee is non-refundable.
17. Al-Kounsar Travels Palhallan has the full right to cancel the seat of any pilgrim who commits misconduct during the journey.
18.Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by hotel policies.
19. Distance from Haram is approximate and may vary depending on the hotel entrance and walking route.
20. Any request for changes after booking is subject to availability and additional charges.
21. Name changes, travel date changes, or hotel upgrades may attract extra costs.
22.Cancellation charges will apply as per airline, hotel, visa, and supplier policies.
23. Any non-refundable services already booked shall be deducted from the refund.Processing charges are non-refundable.
24.Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after receiving refunds from airlines, hotels, and other suppliers.
26. Every pilgrim must ensure that they are medically fit to undertake Umrah.
27. The company shall not be liable for illness, injury, hospitalization, or death during the journey.
28.Passengers must comply with the laws of Saudi Arabia and respect local customs and Islamic values.
29.Any misconduct resulting in penalties or deportation shall be the passenger's sole responsibility.
30. AL KOUNSAR TRAVELS OPC PRIVATE LIMITED acts only as an intermediary between passengers and airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other service providers.
31. The company shall not be liable for the acts, omissions, delays, or defaults of third-party service providers.
32.Package prices are based on prevailing airfare, hotel rates, taxes, and exchange rates.
33. Prices may change before full payment due to supplier or government revisions.
34. Payment of the booking amount constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
35.The passenger confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
36. The company shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by:
IMPORTANT NOTE
Air ticket including domestic Rs.65000/= and Visa including insurance Rs.20000/= to be considered.5% GST must pay other than package (which is calculated on total cost of package after deduct air fare in case of bad weather or any technical problem. If flight was not operated from Srinagar or any other Airport in India, Pilgrim must pay additional amount of SAR. Because Hotel accommodation is totally nonrefundable in Makkah and MADINA for said Umrah Package and have to pay reissue charges of ticket. Infant 0-2 years and Child 2-6 years without bed pay only cost of ticket and Visa and Service charges Rs.3000/=.
